On Saturday next, our Senior hurlers take on Kiladangan in round 3 of the Seamus O’ Riain Cup Senior Hurling championship. The winner of the game qualifies for the quarter final of the competition. Best of luck lads.
Our Junior ‘A’ football game on Saturday against Killenaule was cancelled. Our Junior ‘A’ hurlers are back in action on Sunday next when we take on Ballingarry in round 3 of the South championship. That game throws in, in Monroe, at 5pm.
Our Junior ‘B’ camogie ladies lost out to Lorrha in round 1 of their County Championship on Sunday last. Unlucky ladies. We take on Ballingarry, in Ballingarry, next weekend in round 2. Our u19 hurler’s lost their South ‘A’ hurling final to St. Mary’s on Saturday morning in Fethard. We hurled very well on the day but came up just short, by 6 points.
Our u19’s are back in football action this week. We take on Kilsheelan on Wednesday evening. The game throws in, in Clonmel Óg at 6pm. Our u19 football game against Mullinahone last week was cancelled.
Our u17s had a great win over Cahir on Wednesday last in their South Semi Final. We take on St Mary’s in the final, on Sunday. That game throws in, in Fethard, at 4pm.
Our u15’s take on Fethard in their South Semi Final this Thursday evening. That game takes place in the Duneske Complex, in Cahir, at 6.30pm.
Our u13 B’s lost out to Killenaule on Tuesday last in their South Quarter Final. That result brings our u13 B’s championship to an end for the year. Last Monday night our u13D’s lost out to St. Mary’s on The Green. Our u13 D’s take on Newcastle this coming Sunday in their Shield Quarter Final. That game takes place in Newcastle at 11am. Our u12 camogie girls lost out to Cashel in their Shield final on Sunday. Unlucky girls. Our u11 boys welcome Ballygunner of Waterford to Carrick on Sunday morning for a game while our u9 boys travel to Killenaule this weekend to play in a hurling
