Under 19 Hurling

Published 11 months ago 11th September 2021 by Editor

Last Wednesday evening our U19 Hurlers played Moyle Rovers in the 2nd round of the championship. The game did not start off too well for us with Moyle Rovers taking an 8 point lead at 1 stage in the 1st half and they led at half time by 6. However we started off strongly in the second half with 3 goals in the first half of the second half. We ended up finishing strongly and ran out winners on a scoreline of 4-20 to 6-11. As a result we have qualified for the South Semi Final. The team on the night was: Danny Broderick, Brian O Halloran, Ryan Crannitch, Luke Fox, Robbie Noonan, Jack Cleere, Keith Morrissey, Cian Crannitch, James Ryan, Willie Cleere, Cathal Foley, Matt McCormack, Jamie Brett, Tommy O Brien, Daithi Hogan, Aidan Fitzgerald, Bob Barton, Eoin Fitzgerald. Keep an eye on our social media outlets for details of South Semi Final which will be played this week.
