Junior B Hurling

Published 12 months ago 29th August 2021 by Editor

Our Junior B Hurlers began their campaign last Wednesday evening when they played Clerihan in Monroe. 2 first half goals goals for Clerihan put them in the control of the game and although our lads fought back

well in the second half including a goal from Aaron Croinin, we left ourselves with too much to do and Clerihan ran out winners on a scoreline of 2-12 to 1-11. The team on the night was: Patrick Moroney, Sean Ryan, Damien Barry, Colm Dunne, Keith Morrissey, Conor Clancy, Shane Gorey, Michael Boland, James Fitzgerald, Jamie Brett, Conor Barry, Mark Lynch, Matt McCormack, Aaron Croinin, Mikey O Brien, Luke Fox, Willie O Brien, Richie Needham, Jason Hayes, Jamie Moloney, Declan Morrissey, Kieran Clancy. We have 2 games left in the group against Mullinahone and Marlfield.

Our Junior B Footballers were due to be out last Sunday but received a walkover from Moyle Rovers.
Both our Junior A and B Hurlers are expected to be out this weekend so keep an eye on our social media pages for fixture details.
