Our Senior hurlers begin their 2021 Seamus O’ Riain Cup this coming Sunday when we take on Thurles Sarsfields in Cashel at 1.30pm. Best of luck lads. Our Junior B hurlers had a good win over Ballybacon Grange on Wednesday last in Round 1 of the Junior B South Championship. We take on Cahir in Round 2 with the fixture date yet to be confirmed.

Our Junior B ladies had a super win against Ballingarry on Sunday morning in the Co. League Quarter Final in Pairc na nEalaí. Carrick Swan 2-12 Ballingarry 3-07.

We’ll take on Moycarkey in the Semi-Final with the fixture yet to be confirmed. Check out our Facebook page later in the week for date, time, and venue. Our u19s begin their long-awaited Championship opener on Wednesday night (Tonight) when we take on Ballingarry in Cloneen at 7pm. Our u17 boys had a comfortable win against Knockmealdown Gaels last week to make it two wins from two games in the Minor ‘A’ South Championship. This week, we took on Moyle Rovers in Monroe on Monday night. Check out our Facebook page for the result of that game. This coming Friday evening, our u17 boys play their 2nd game of the week against Kilsheelan/Kilcash in Pairc na nEalaí at 7pm. Our u16 girls are expected to play their Shield Final on Thursday of this week but are currently awaiting confirmation of their opponents and venue. Check out our Facebook page later in the week for the confirmed fixture.

Our u15 boys travelled to Killenaule on Saturday morning last to play the 2021 Feile Na nGael Championship. We took on Moyle Rovers, Moycarkey Borris and Kilruane McDonaghs in the group stages winning all 3 games to qualify us for the Division 2 County Semi-Final. We took on Boherlahan, in Boherlahan, in the Semi and came up just short against the home team. It was a super day’s hurling for all the lads, and a day that will no doubt stand to our boys as the South Championship progresses in the coming weeks.

The club would like to thank Lidl Carrick on Suir for their kind sponsorship of refreshments for our u15s last weekend. As always, your generosity is appreciated by all in the club.

Our u13 B’s take on Killenaule on Thursday night in Killenaule. That game throws in at 7pm. Carrick Swan’s main fundraiser for 2021 has officially launched.
