Paul awarded Jack Acheson Trophy for outstanding contribution to Clonmel Town
Former Clonmel Town captain, and current schoolboy coach Paul Scully is the latest recipient of the Jack Acheson Award for his outstanding contribution to the club.
Paul has served the club in a number of roles over the years and has picked up many honours along the way for his exploits on the pitch.
His latest accolade however, The Jack Acheson Award, is in recognition of his efforts as a mentor to the schoolboys and schoolgirls and for his dedication and commitment to Clonmel Town.

Paul is manager of Clonmel Town U/12’s this season but he is always available to train, coach and pass on a word of advice to players, coaches and committee members.
Paul is the 6th member of the club to win the Award and follows his father Tony, a previous winner.
Introduced in 2015, the Award is in memory of former committee member Jack Acheson whose unshakable loyalty to Clonmel Town FC will always be remembered.
Paul said it was an honour to win the award and thanked the Acheson family for their very kind sponsorship of the trophy.
