A Thank you Poem from 6th Class at St Michael’s Girl’s NS Tipperary Town

Published 1 year ago 28th June 2021 by Caitriona Kenny

On this our final day with you, we’re ready to be on our way,
To all those who have helped us through, there’s so much we’d like to say.

Where to begin, our friends or our teachers? You’ve helped us become believers, high achiev- ers.
You’ve picked us up when we fell down,

You’ve made us smile when you saw us frown. You’ve taught us how to read and write,
How to be a good friend and to talk, not fight! To our parents, where would we be without you? You’ve supported us, praised us and put up with us too!

And even though it may not always show,
We appreciate you, we love you, this you must know.
You helped us grow into learners and artists, To work hard, succeed- to always reach our target.
We can’t wait to take on our next adventure, St Michael’s GNS – it has been our pleasure! Thank you
Slán to a wonderful Rang a Sé.
